FAQs
What is Stemware?
Stemware refers to drinking glasses with a stem connecting the bowl to the base. This includes wine glasses, champagne flutes, champagne coupes and classic cocktail glasses.
Why do wine and champagne glasses have stems?
Holding the stem rather than the bowl helps keep drinks cooler for longer while preventing fingerprints on the glass, making Stemware both practical and elegant.
Are your Stemware collections dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our La Rochère and The Vintage List Stemware is dishwasher safe, making it suitable for everyday use. As with all glassware, Stemware should never be used in the microwave.
Can I mix different styles of Stemware on my table?
Absolutely. Mixing textured French pressed glass with fine crystal creates a relaxed, collected look that feels both stylish and individual.

Why We Love This Collection
Stemware has a wonderful way of making every gathering feel more considered. Holding the glass by its stem helps keep drinks at the perfect temperature while adding elegance to every sip. Our collection brings together two makers whose craftsmanship has stood the test of time. La Rochère creates beautifully textured pressed glass in France, renowned for its durability and distinctive character. The Vintage List handcrafts fine crystal inspired by antique nineteenth-century designs, producing lightweight, beautifully balanced glasses that are as practical as they are elegant. Whether you're pouring wine with supper, raising a toast with champagne or serving classic cocktails, these are glasses designed to be enjoyed for years to come.

More About Stemware
Beautiful Stemware has long been associated with hospitality and celebration, yet the very best pieces are those you'll happily use every day. At Tallulah Fox, we've curated a collection that combines timeless design with exceptional craftsmanship, offering glasses that feel equally at home during a casual lunch or an elegant dinner party. Our Stemware collection includes beautifully crafted wine glasses, champagne flutes, champagne coupes and cocktail glasses from two makers renowned for quality and tradition.
La Rochère has been producing glass in eastern France since 1475, making it Europe's oldest continuously operating glass factory. Its pressed-glass designs are inspired by French history, architecture and nature, with richly textured patterns that catch the light beautifully while remaining wonderfully durable for modern living. Alongside these are the refined crystal glasses from The Vintage List. Each piece is hand-blown and hand-engraved using traditional techniques inspired by antique English crystal. Their elegant proportions and delicate detailing make them perfect for serving everything from fine wines to sparkling champagne and classic cocktails.
Stemware is about more than appearance. A well-balanced stem feels comfortable in the hand, helps maintain the temperature of chilled drinks and enhances the enjoyment of wine, champagne and cocktails alike. Investing in beautifully made glasses also means investing in pieces that become part of family celebrations, festive gatherings and memorable evenings with friends. Whether you prefer the relaxed charm of French pressed glass or the refined sparkle of handcrafted crystal, our Stemware collection offers timeless designs that you'll reach for time and again.
